Well proud Dad got up this morning - and on most Saturday morning's he would be hitting the track on his mountain bike. Well no more of this...at least for a while! Now the usual Saturday morning activity is changing nappies, cleaning bottles, feeding the babies....well before long i'm sure the girls will be riding the trails with dad.

kidding... yes, i do know of the sacrafice parents made with new born in the house... That's why I still bring my folks out and their wishes are my command.. hahaha (sometimes...)
